Ladies and gents, the silly season is almost upon us! And it’s alllll eat, drink and be merry, right?

Except the reality is for many of us that it can be super stressful, with all the shopping and hosting and socialising, and feeling duty bound to spend lots of time with people who - if we were honest with ourselves - we might really rather not.

Add the many Christmas and New Year celebrations and traditions into the mix and it’s no wonder that so many find the festive period THE HARDEST to cut back or stay off the booze.

The good news is that we can do hard things, and doing them together makes them much, much more achievable.

If you’re the kind of drinker I was, the thought of the silly season without booze probably brings up a lot of fears:

  • Maybe you’re worried about being seen as ‘the boring one’ at the work Christmas party?

  • Maybe you have a tonne of hosting and social events coming up and you want to get through unscathed?

  • Maybe you’re just sick and tired of drinking too much, want to make changes now rather than waiting til Jan/Feb, but you don’t know if you’re simply setting yourself up for failure by trying?

  • Maybe you already have a stint without booze under your belt but you feel you need extra support to get through the festive period?

  • Or maybe you just find Christmas itself really difficult, for whatever reason, and you’ve always managed these uncomfortable emotions with alcohol?

Whatever your reasons, this group coaching program can help hold you steady - in whatever goal you have set for yourself!

Whether that’s cutting back, taking a break, or maintaining your AF life.

WHAT YOU GET IN THIS INTENSIVE PROGRAM:

✔️ 2 x WEEKLY GROUP COACHING CALLS - we’ll explore a weekly topic unpacking the latest in behaviour change, brain and mindset. And we will work together as a group to uncover what you need to help you stay on track with the goals you have set for yourself.

✔️ DAILY SUPPORT - In our own private group coaching app I will be checking in DAILY (yes, even Xmas Day and NYE) to coach and support. You can share your struggles, your wins, some laughs and some insights with your crew too. These are the TRICKIEST times to navigate and I am talking from experience here.

✔️ DAILY EMAILS - with motivation and content to help you stay on track.

✔️ HEAPS OF TOOLS AND RESOURCES - Each week we will cover content with videos, exercises, tools and resources to help you create your own personalised sober toolbox you need to navigate this period, with less or no booze.

✔️ ACCOUNTABILITY - the power of working in a program and in connection with others cannot be overstated in terms of the accountability it brings. Not only will you have me cheering you on and supporting you, you’ll have the rest of the group.

If you’ve never tried group coaching before, there is something really special and transformative about working together in this way.

Group work is incredibly powerful, nurturing and supportive. You will make friends for life!

This group is intentionally being kept small to create an intimate and close environment for all, where you can be as vulnerable as you like (or not) in a safe space amongst like-minded others.

And it’s a judgement-free zone!

The last time I ran this group all participants stayed alcohol-free. Here’s what they said:

“Faye was active in posting useful resources, check-ins and live messages at critical times (like a Friday night, when I might be tempted to say 'ah f*ck it'). Her lived experience was the thing that attracted me to her as a coach. She has a lovely friendly and accepting manner.  I didnt feel judged, ashamed or spoken down to. Her approach matched my personality well.”

“It was great to keep me on track at this time of year. I found listening to other people's stories and struggles helped me not just focus on my own issues. The resources given have been excellent, not that I have got through them all!”

“The program helped me redefine the issues I was having around drinking. I was also able to see how poorly alcohol was contributing to my life, and how little it was serving me. Perhaps most importantly, through the program, I was able to see that alcohol was certainly not a necessary requirement for living, as I had come to subconsciously believe.”

“Faye is very well educated and with her lived experience and knowledge she can help very quickly. Being in the group kept me accountable and I gave me a lot of resources to stay alcohol-free.”

“I managed to stay alcohol free during a busy stressful time of the year. I connected with people in a similar situation and that gave me support and accountability. I was surprised how quickly I bonded with the other group members, and that we share a goal to stay in touch and continue supporting each other.”

“Faye was very open and easy to talk to. She was open to listening and encouraging/facilitating conversations associated with each participants issues.”
