  • I’ve been there. Beyond the qualifications, I bring lived experience from my own long, challenging journey through alcohol dependence, ADHD, childhood trauma, and anxiety. I understand the struggles—and the path to hope and change.

  • I take complex ideas from decades of knowledge across many disciplines and distill them into practical, easy-to-understand actions you can apply in your daily life.

  • Together, we’ll create a plan to help you navigate life’s challenges - stress, work, relationships, social situations, or whatever feels overwhelming right now.

  • My approach is neuro-affirming, strengths-based, and person-centered. What works for one person might not work for another, because you are unique—and I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

  • Most importantly, I offer compassion, warmth and non-judgmental accountability. Many of us carry deep feelings of shame and failure that undermine our self-esteem. Here, you’ll find a space where those feelings can be challenged and replaced with growth, confidence, and hope.

Which one is right for me - coaching or counselling?

Put simply, counselling helps you feel better while coaching helps you do better.

Coaching is ideal if you're growth-focused but don’t feel the desire or readiness to unpack deeper emotional content or past trauma. Instead, you’re looking for actionable strategies to make specific behavioural changes, manage overwhelm and sustain success in a way that works for you. Maybe you're hovering on the edge of burnout or craving more balance in your life.

🔸Coaching helps you clarify goals, strengthen leadership skills, and improve daily organisation—without revisiting your entire past.

Counselling, on the other hand, is the right fit if you're struggling with deeper emotional pain or find that talking with a trusted professional helps you process emotions and gain self-awareness. If you’re feeling stuck or noticing recurring patterns in your life that don’t quite make sense, therapy can help explore those layers, often rooted in early experiences.

While coaching is about optimising your current life and future growth, counselling works on strengthening the foundation.

What’s involved in the coaching process

Tools and resources - building your toolbox

You’re going to need your own unique set of tools, tips and tricks for success. We call it your toolbox. I have a large bank of resources from over the years for you to tap into in dealing with emotional regulation, cravings, mindset tricks, motivation, procrastination - whatever you’re finding challenging - enabling you to build a steady foundation to sustain the changes you are making.

Support

We all need to be heard, seen and to share what is going on in our lives. Coaching isn’t counselling - I’m here to keep you on track with your goals much like a sports coach would keep you on your game - but much of what’s currently happening in your life may be contributing to where you are at. And it’s often really hard to see when we’re immersed in it. Being able to verbally process what we are thinking and feeling often leads to our own solutions!

Accountability

With the premium coaching package you will get daily accountability from me, enabling you to check in when things are going well - super motivating for keeping you on track - and to hold you steady when things might not be going so well, and you’re having a wobble. Other coaching options provide text check ins between sessions or accountability at our next session together.
