Sessions are held either online by zoom or in our welcoming, warm clinic at Portside, Hamilton, Brisbane (address below).

• Monday: 9am-5pm (AEST) telehealth

• Tuesday: 9am-5pm (AEST) in person & telehealth

• Thursday: 9am-5pm (AEST) in person & telehealth

• Friday: 9am-5pm (AEST) telehealth

• Saturday mornings - premium coaching clients only

Free 2 hour parking is available:

• Undercover at Portside Wharf main hub

• Other parking options accessed via Macarthur Avenue include:

• Parking lot Dock A is open from 6am – 11:30pm and there are electric chargers available.

• There is free parking located diagonally from Nurturing Souls.

• Please note parking outside of Gallery House is 1 hour parking only.
