Support that works with your brain, to help you get unstuck.
Beyond the qualifications, I bring lived experiencefrom my own long, challenging journey through alcohol dependence, late diagnosed ADHD (at age 48), childhood trauma and social anxiety. I understand the strugglesβand the path to hope and change.
I take complex ideas from decades of knowledge across many disciplines and distill them into practical, easy-to-understand actions you can apply in your daily life.
Together, weβll create a plan to help you navigate lifeβs challenges - stress, work, substances, relationships, social situations, or whatever feels overwhelming right now.
My approach is neuro-affirming, strengths-based, and person-centered. What works for one person might not work for another, because you are uniqueβand Iβll meet you exactly where you are.
Most importantly, I offer compassion, warmth and non-judgemental accountability. Many of us carry deep feelings of shame and failure that undermine our self-esteem. Here, youβll find a space where those feelings can be challenged and replaced with growth, confidence, and hope.
How I work one-to-one
I work one-to-one through a single strategy session or a personal program, with a small number of clients at a time. That way, everyone I work with gets my full time, energy and attention. Places are limited, so at times there may be a short wait.

Signature program Β· one-to-one
The ADHD and alcohol program
My signature one-to-one program for ADHDers who want to change their relationship with alcohol, whether that means cutting back, taking a break or stopping altogether.
Real change needs more than a session here and there, so this is how I do all my one-to-one alcohol work.
My recommended rhythm
Weekly to start, while you build momentum. Then a fortnight apart, so you get to practise between sessions. You can adjust it if another pace suits you better.

Youβre going to need your own unique set of tools, tips and tricks for success. I have a large bank of resources for you to tap into to sustain the changes you are making.
Structured support
We all need to be heard, seen and to share what is going on in our lives. Being able to verbally process what we are thinking and feeling often leads us to our own solutions.
Accountability
External accountability is the secret sauce for the ADHD brain and motivates us to stay on track - and can hold you steady when things might not be going so well, if youβre having a wobble.
Your biggest cheerleader
I will be cheering you on all the way for your successes, big and small. They ALL matter on your journey to feeling more empowered in your life. You can do this!
