10-WEEK GROUP PROGRAM ⁕ NEXT COHORT OPENS MID AUGUST 2026 ⁕

You're not broken.
You're just
looping.

For people with ADHD who are ready to change their relationship with alcohol - without shame, without strict rules, and without pretending they have it all figured out.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

If this is you,
you're in the right place

You're not someone who's lost everything to drinking. You're someone who wonders, quietly, if alcohol is getting in your way more than it should.

You drink to decompress after a day of masking and managing

You know the rules — you just can't seem to stick to them

You've Googled "am I drinking too much" more than once

You use alcohol to quiet an overactive brain

The hangovers hit your ADHD harder than everyone else's seem to

You're functioning just fine, and that's exactly why no one takes it seriously

This isn't about having a "problem." It's about having a pattern you'd like to change — on your own terms, in your own time, with people who genuinely get it.

THE PROGRAM

What is Breaking the Loop?

Breaking the Loop is an 10-week online group coaching program designed specifically for people with ADHD who are in the grey area with alcohol.

Not rock bottom. Not "fine." Somewhere in between, and ready to do something about it.

10 Weeks
Online Group Format
Small Cohort Size

Each week combines live group sessions, self-paced content and a community of people who understand the intersection of neurodivergence and alcohol — because they're living it too.

What’s included

10 x Weekly Live Group Sessions

Held via Zoom with a small, supportive cohort. A place to finally be understood, with others who completely get it.

Self-Paced Weekly Content

Videos, resources, and tools released each week to explore in your own time — designed for ADHD brains, not neurotypical ones.

The Neuroscience Behind the Loop

Understand why ADHD and alcohol have such a complicated relationship — and why willpower was never going to fix it.

A Framework That Actually Fits Your Brain

No one-size-fits-all sobriety scripts here. You'll leave with tools that make sense for how you actually think and feel.

Facilitated by a Registered Counsellor + ADHD Coach + Grey Area Drinking Coach

Who also happens to have lived this. No judgement, just understanding of the trials and tribulations - and how to make changes that stick, finally.

What previous participants said:

“I’ve taken the pressure off myself massively. I’ve focused on other areas of the ADHD management such as reducing stress and load which has helped with my overall day to day wellbeing and reduced need/want/thoughts of alcohol. I’ve realised how much of a huge part the understanding of the ADHD plays on removing alcohol.”

—UT, CEO, USA

“This programme has been a game changer for me. I have taken many alcohol breaks but there has been a psychological shift in me that has enabled me to realise that an alcohol free life is the way forward and instead of dreading it, I'm actually excited about it.

— IL, Psychologist, UK

“This program has given me a lot of opportunities to sit back and study myself in a much more positive way than I’ve ever done before in my life. It’s given me tools, community, and insight — it’s helped me make sense of so many things. I feel strengthened by the care and concern and beautiful support for each other — it’s almost like a virtual hug.”

Hi, I’m Faye.

Registered Counsellor | Certified Grey Area Drinking Coach | ADHD Coach | BSocSc (Psych) | PGDip (Couns)

I'm a registered counsellor, ADHD coach, and grey area drinking coach based in Brisbane. I have eight years of sobriety and a late ADHD diagnosis — both of which completely reframed how I understood my own relationship with alcohol.

I created Breaking the Loop because the programs that existed when I needed help weren't built for brains like mine. Too rigid. Too shame-based. Too focused on the drinking and not enough on the why.

Before this work, I spent years in executive leadership and consulting, so I understand the pressure to keep it all together while quietly unravelling inside.

"This isn't just about drinking less. It's about understanding why you drink, what to do differently and to feel more equipped to sustain those changes because you’re working with your ADHD brain.”

What previous participants said

“Game. Changer. Although it has helped being a lot more mentally 'ready' for the decision to overcome my dependence, having Faye’s support and accountability and personal experience/understanding has made my journey all that more successful this time around.”

— CF, Allied Health, VIC, Aus

Non-judgemental with lots of positive energy. Faye is caring, firm and funny. A great combination to engage with when you are trying to stay motivated. I was very impressed by the breadth of her knowledge of ADHD & alcohol. The whole experience was a delight”.

— DQ, Finance Professional, USA

“It’s been quite incredible — such a brilliant idea to really target the ADHD interaction, because it makes it a remarkably different journey. Every week I thought, ‘There’s no way I can do it,’ and yet here I am. You helped me through the RSD and the fear.”
