“Game. Changer. Although it has helped being a lot more mentally 'ready' for the decision to overcome my dependence, having Faye’s support and accountability and personal experience/understanding has made my journey all that more successful this time around.”

— CF, Allied Health Business Owner, VIC, Australia

Non-judgemental with lots of positive energy. Faye is caring, firm and funny. A great combination to engage with when you are trying to stay motivated. I was very impressed by the breadth of her knowledge of ADHD & alcohol. The whole experience was a delight”.

— Steve, Finance Professional, USA

“It’s been quite incredible — such a brilliant idea to really target the ADHD interaction, because it makes it a remarkably different journey. Every week I thought, ‘There’s no way I can do it,’ and yet here I am. You helped me through the RSD and the fear.”

— SL, Consultant, UK

The 8 Week Journey

PHASE 3: CONSOLIDATION & FUTURE-FOCUS

Weeks 6–8 — Strengthening routines, managing setbacks, and building a success identity

Week 6 — Managing Cravings & Building Habits
We consolidate what's working and build the scaffolding to make it sustainable — routines, rituals, and environment design that support your goals.
Week 7 — Resilience, Setbacks & Reboots
Because change isn't linear. This week is about what happens when things go sideways — and how to keep moving anyway without the shame spiral.
Week 8 — Identity, Progress & Celebration
We close the loop. You'll leave with your personal playbook, a clear sense of how far you've come, and a genuinely different relationship with yourself.

PHASE 2: SKILL BUILDING & SELF-AWARENESS

Weeks 3–5 — Understanding your emotional, social, and sensory patterns around drinking

PHASE 1: FOUNDATION & FOCUS

Weeks 1–2 — Laying the groundwork for readiness, motivation and goal setting

Week 1 — Foundation & Motivation Discovery
We start by understanding where you are right now, what you actually want, and what's been getting in the way. No judgment — just curiosity.
Week 2 — Dopamine, Cravings & Alternatives
We get into the brain science of why alcohol is so compelling for ADHD brains specifically — and start building your personal toolkit of alternatives that actually hit the same spots.
Week 3 — Emotional Triggers & Self-Regulation
We map the loops — what's driving the drinking, what's underneath it, and what your nervous system is actually asking for.
Week 4 — Reframing Alcohol & Making the Shift
We work on the stories you've been telling yourself about alcohol, who you are without it, and what change actually looks like on your terms.
Week 5 — Social Strategies & Boundaries
Navigating social situations, other people's drinking, and the pressure to explain yourself — without the anxiety spiral.

“I’ve taken the pressure off myself massively. I’ve focused on other areas of the ADHD management such as reducing stress and load which has helped with my overall day to day wellbeing and reduced need/want/thoughts of alcohol. I’ve realised how much of a huge part the understanding of the ADHD plays on removing alcohol.”

— ST, CEO, USA

“This programme has been a game changer for me. I have taken many alcohol breaks but there has been a psychological shift in me that has enabled me to realise that an alcohol free life is the way forward and instead of dreading it, I'm actually excited about it.

— CJ, Writer, Victoria

“This program has given me a lot of opportunities to sit back and study myself in a much more positive way than I’ve ever done before in my life. It’s given me tools, community, and insight — it’s helped me make sense of so many things. I feel strengthened by the care and concern and beautiful support for each other — it’s almost like a virtual hug.”

About Faye

I help high-performing ADHDers who are feeling stuck in patterns with alcohol, food, relationships, or work stress — especially the kind that leads to burnout and overwhelm. Together, we work toward balance, confidence, and a life that actually feels good to live.

I'm a therapist, ADHD coach, and grey area drinking coach with lived experience of both ADHD and alcohol dependence. I’ve been alcohol-free since 2017, was late-diagnosed with ADHD in 2022, and I’m a mum to neurodivergent young adults. Before this work, I spent years in executive leadership — so I understand the pressure to keep it all together while quietly unravelling inside.

I take a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed approach to help you make changes that stick — on your terms. I hold degrees in psychology and counselling, and I’m a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and Australian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA).
