I’m so stoked you’ve decided to take the plunge and join us for what will be an amazing experience.
Over the course of 8 weeks you’ll learn how to reduce or remove alcohol in ways that are ADHD friendly, connect with other fellow spicies, find yourself in a big squishy comfort blanket of daily support from me and the group, grow to understand yourself better and perhaps even find that self-compassion and acceptance you may have been looking for for a wee while now.
Most of all you’ll hopefully feel less alone with your buzzing head, restless body and the challenge of grey area drinking, which often grows when it’s held in the shadows.
I’m so excited to get started with you! Our kick off date is Monday 30 March with our first live group call on Tuesday 31st March.
