ADHD & ALCOHOL: BREAKING THE LOOP

An 10 week small group coaching program for ADHDers who want to change their relationship with alcohol

Are You Ready to Reclaim Your Energy, Identity & Joy -Without All-or-Nothing or ‘Forever’ Thinking?

You've tried cutting back. You've done Dry July. You've made deals with yourself on a Sunday night.

But you’re back here again, using alcohol to manage the noise, the overwhelm, the feelings that won't quit and you’re feeling terrible about it.

Here's the bit most alcohol programs miss: they're not built for your brain.

If you have ADHD, your relationship with alcohol isn't a ‘bad habit’ or a ‘character flaw’. It’s driven by your neurobiology.

It's a dopamine problem. An emotional regulation problem. A "I-need-something-to-take-the-edge-off-this-utterly-relentless-brain" problem.

That's exactly why I created Breaking the Loop.

Is ‘Breaking the Loop’ for you?

Breaking the Loop isn't for everyone, and that's okay. Take a look through the points below to see whether it feels like the right fit for you.

‍ ‍

📌YES! If:

  • You have ADHD (diagnosed or strongly suspected) or identify as a highly sensitive person (HSP) and alcohol is taking up too much mental real estate

  • You're not necessarily drinking every day, but you're using alcohol to manage stress, boredom, emotions or social situations

  • You've tried cutting back before and it hasn't stuck — and you suspect your ADHD is part of why

  • You want strategies that work with your brain, because fighting yourself isn’t working

  • You're open to small group work and community — even if it feels a bit scary (there’s no pressure to share)

‍ ‍

📌Not right now, if:

  • You’re physically dependent on alcohol and require medical supervision to stop. Please seek medical support first.

  • You're in acute crisis and need clinical care

  • You're looking for a purely self-paced, solo experience with no live elements

  • You want another ‘just try harder’ stick to beat yourself with

  • You’re not open to trying something different to an ‘all or nothing’ approach or to being your own worst enemy

  • You want someone else to do the inner work for you

  • You’re looking for rigid structure

Why Breaking the Loop is different

Here's the bit most alcohol programmes miss: they're not designed with the ADHD brain in mind. Breaking the Loop is.

💥 Judgement-free – created by someone who has been there, not just studied it.

💥 Neuro-affirming motivation strategies, behavioural techniques and accountability grounded in neuroscience.

💥 A non-boring mix of coaching, psychoeducation and skill-building designed to work with your ADHD brain.

💥 Not your standard group programme – expect ADHD sparkle, plenty of laughs and genuine camaraderie.

“I’ve taken the pressure off myself massively. I’ve focused on other areas of the ADHD management such as reducing stress and load which has helped with my overall day to day wellbeing and reduced need/want/thoughts of alcohol. I’ve realised how much of a huge part the understanding of the ADHD plays on removing alcohol.”

—UT, CEO, USA

“This programme has been a game changer for me. I have taken many alcohol breaks but there has been a psychological shift in me that has enabled me to realise that an alcohol free life is the way forward and instead of dreading it, I'm actually excited about it.

— IL, Psychologist, UK

“This program has given me a lot of opportunities to sit back and study myself in a much more positive way than I’ve ever done before in my life. It’s given me tools, community, and insight. it’s helped me make sense of so many things. I feel strengthened by the care and concern and beautiful support for each other — it’s almost like a virtual hug.”

— MN, Ops Manager, Brisbane

I help high-performing ADHDers who are feeling stuck in patterns with alcohol, food, relationships, or work stress — especially the kind that leads to burnout and overwhelm. Together, we work toward balance, confidence, and a life that actually feels good to live.

I'm a therapist, ADHD coach and certified grey area drinking coach. I’ve been alcohol-free since 2017, was late-diagnosed with ADHD in 2022, and I’m a mum to neurodivergent young adults.

Before this work, I spent years in executive leadership — so I understand the pressure to keep it all together while quietly unravelling inside.
